Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Perpetual Plumbing Inc website and your engagement of our plumbing services. By using this website, submitting a booking or contact form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Perpetual Plumbing Inc provides residential and commercial plumbing services, with a primary focus on new home and commercial construction plumbing, as well as emergency plumbing, water heater repair and installation, fixture repair and installation, and general residential and commercial service calls across the Northeast Avalon surrounding St. John’s (and outside the city when availability allows). We do not provide pipe thawing services. Drain cleaning and snaking are offered only on a limited basis.

2. Quotes and pricing

Starting prices published on our website are estimates for standard scope work under typical conditions. Final pricing may vary based on site access, materials required, code requirements, and the complexity of the job, and will always be confirmed with you before work begins. A diagnostic service call fee of $129.00 applies to standard visits and is waived if you approve the recommended repair during the same visit. Emergency dispatch outside standard business hours is subject to an additional emergency dispatch fee, disclosed at the time of booking or dispatch.

3. Booking and cancellation

Appointments booked online or by phone are confirmed by email or phone with a unique tracking ID. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a non-emergency appointment where possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

4. Access and site conditions

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the work area. If hazardous conditions, unsafe structures, or undisclosed pre-existing damage are discovered, we reserve the right to pause work, request additional authorization, or decline to proceed, and will communicate this to you promptly.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Invoices for commercial or larger residential projects may be issued with separate payment terms, disclosed at the time of quoting.

6. Warranty

Workmanship on repairs and installations is guaranteed for a period disclosed at the time of service, which varies by job type and materials used. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures are passed through to you where applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent unrelated plumbing work by other parties, or normal wear and tear.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to submit fraudulent bookings, interfere with site security, or scrape content without permission. Content on this site, including text, images, and the Perpetual Plumbing Inc logo, is owned by Perpetual Plumbing Inc and may not be reproduced without consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perpetual Plumbing Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or scheduling delays outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Newfoundland and Labrador or Canadian law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
