24/7 Dispatch
Plumbing emergency? We’re already on our way.
Bursts, floods, sewer backups, and no-water emergencies don’t wait for business hours — neither do we.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Call us immediately, day or night, if you experience:
- Burst or actively leaking pipes — especially if water is reaching walls, flooring, or electrical fixtures.
- No water at all — a sudden loss of water supply to your home (not including frozen lines we cannot thaw).
- Flooding basements — from a failed sump pump, backwater valve, or heavy rainfall.
- Gas smell near a water heater or appliance — leave the area and call your utility provider first, then us.
- Sewer backups — sewage coming up through drains, tubs, or toilets.
What to do while you wait
- Shut off the main water valve if you see active flooding or a burst line.
- Turn off electricity to any affected area if water is near outlets or panels — only if it’s safe to reach the breaker.
- Move valuables and furniture away from rising water where possible.
- If you suspect frozen pipes, do not use an open flame. Call us for related repairs if a line has burst.
- Call us for bursts, floods, backups, and no-water emergencies — we’ll walk you through next steps while a technician is dispatched.
Emergency dispatch pricing
Our emergency dispatch fee is $199.00, which covers priority after-hours response. Repair costs are quoted on-site before any work begins, so you always know the total before we proceed.
